In our work abroad, we help companies apply behavioral tools and technologies to improve their businesses just as we do here in the US. Will PM (Japan): Primarily a training company, Will PM promotes behavioral solutions at work. Jun Ishida, founder and CEO, is an expert in behavioral approaches to the workplace and is often invited to deliver lectures and hold discussions on workplace topics. Jun has also written more than 20 business books for the Japanese audience and is among one of Japan’s bestselling authors. This success contributes to WILL PM’s ability to attract clients to ADI’s approach.
Behavioural Consulting Group (Singapore): Works with companies to promote sustainable solutions to business problems with special sensitivity to cultural and business practices common to the companies they serve. Behavioural Consulting Group is a management consulting practice specialising in solutions that incorporate behavioural science principles and models. BCG derives its model from ADI’s technology of meaningful change, incorporating the science while providing a systematic and measurable way to getting the results that you need.
R+ China (China): R+ China are a group of successful business leaders that came together to form this new company. Their new business is based on ADI’s methodologies, but they have also preserved the key strengths they each bring individually from the multinational experiences and leadership roles they have had. R+ China has already held many training events in Beijing for clients and consultants alike. They are currently engaged with two multinational firms to present ADI materials to them and their future looks bright.
