Accelerate and extend your performance management results.
In business, there have been countless fads and flavors of the month. None have proven as sound and successful as the science of human behavior.
This 4.5-day living laboratory is a highly interactive program that will build your fluency in analyzing human performance, pinpointing business results and the behaviors that drive those results, measuring performance objectively, providing actionable feedback, and capturing discretionary effort through effective reinforcement strategies.

What You Will Learn
- How to apply and refine ADI's 5-Step Management Process
- The art and skill of behavior observation, tracking, and calibration in a real world setting
- Strategies and tools to improve your self management
- How to create an actionable plan to improve your own specific business issue
- A broad perspective for applying the technology throughout your home and work life
Using a variety of media and activities in a non-intimidating but energetic setting, you will build fluency through practice, group and individual exercises, video scenarios, open discussion, presentations, and computer-based training.
As an active participant, you have the opportunity to share topics of mutual concern with others in your business or industry, build a support network of other internal and external PM practitioners, and create a viable plan for immediately addressing your specific business issue.
