With OneCare’s vision and technology, and ADI’s tools and methods for understanding and applying the science of behavior, this partnership will help patients develop positive habits around their care and will lead to reduced costs for the patient and the system as a whole.

In addition, ADI is building in fluency practice in both knowledge acquisition and skill development to ensure that the patient is able to generalize from one condition to another on how to maintain healthy habits. By doing so, patients and caregivers will develop the skills to demonstrate competence and compliance in health-management, receive the motivational support required, and identify additional skills and patterns of behavior required to help the patient continue to achieve personal wellbeing and health.
