Each training package Includes one Facilitator Kit (one-time purchase), and 25 Participant Kits. Once you have purchased the initial training package you will have access to reorder Participant Kits individually. Additional kits can be purchased for $150 each. Each person trained must have his or her own copy of the Participant Kit.

About the Course
The BBS-Basics Training Package includes a 1.5-day course designed to train management and teams of frontline employees. Participants learn the principles of behavior change and then create action plans around behaviors appropriate to their position in the organization. Frontline teams leave the training with safe behaviors targeted for improvement and an efficient process for making the behavior change happen within their work groups. Managers and supervisors leave the training with scorecards of behaviors that support the BBS process and improve overall safety in the organization. The course is modularized so that it can be taught at a pace that works best for your organization.
Post Training Support
Training is only the first step toward a successful BBS implementation. Once trained, frontline teams, supervisors and managers need coaching support in the day-to-day implementation of what they have learned. The Implementation Guide, included in your BBS Basics Facilitator Kit, provides the tools and guidelines necessary for internal facilitators to make BBS successful. Thirty years of expertise and experience is built into the design of this implementation process and made available to you in the easy-to-use implementation tips and tools.

BBS BASICS INSTRUCTOR AND COMPANY CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT
A purchase of the ADI BBS Basics Instructor Start-Up Package online indicates that I have read, understand and agree with every item found in this agreement and that I am authorized by MY COMPANY to execute such an Agreement for the Company and for myself in my current role. I further understand that if I violate the letter and/or the spirit of this Agreement, the license granted to me under this document will be null and void and I, as well as the Company, may be subject to legal action.
1. I recognize that BBS BASICS is a unique system comprised of a series of methods, techniques, exercises, and services, organized in a specific manner by Aubrey Daniels International and as such is protected by the copyright laws of the United States of America. I will not present the BBS BASICS materials and processes except in accordance with the terms set out below.
2. I will order BBS BASICS materials from AUBREY DANIELS INTERNATIONAL only and order at least one (1) kit per each new participant trained. No elements of the BBS BASICS instructor or participant materials will be reproduced in any manner without express written consent of AUBREY DANIELS INTERNATIONAL. Additionally, I agree not to resell or in any way distribute any BBS BASICS materials outside of my Company. Any personnel who leave my Company are restricted from conducting BBS Basics or PM-related training using ADI copyrighted materials or trade-marked concepts at their new employer unless such employer or employee has executed a license with AUBREY DANIELS INTERNATIONAL. These materials are non-transferable.
3. I agree to only use authorized BBS BASICS materials provided by Aubrey Daniels International.
4. I will not in any way reproduce BBS BASICS materials unless authorized by Aubrey Daniels International or in accordance with the agreement Aubrey Daniels International has made with my Company.
5. AUBREY DANIELS INTERNATIONAL will provide my organization with as many BBS BASICS Participant Kits as required in connection with the training of personnel in the BBS BASICS methods presented in accordance with the conditions described in this Instructor and Company Agreement. Such kits will be provided upon the then prevailing costs and terms set by AUBREY DANIELS INTERNATIONAL, which reserves the right to change such costs and terms to comply with increased costs for production of such materials. All BBS BASICS Participant Kits purchased are a final sale. Kits cannot be returned for refund or credit.
6. My Company will not designate or utilize additional employees or external training resources as BBS BASICS Instructors without their signatures on a new ADI BBS BASICS Agreement as requested to be in compliance with the ADI terms herein.
7. Any price increases in training fees or materials costs will be tied to the current structure and will be introduced to reflect changes in costs of production.
8. I have the approval of my Company to pay for such kits and as such this Agreement extends to my company’s commitment to return such payment within 30 days of invoicing and to honor the restrictions on the reproduction and use of such materials as defined in this Agreement.
9. I have the authority to sign for my Company indicating its commitment to the terms defined herein.
10. This Agreement may be transferred by AUBREY DANIELS INTERNATIONAL in connection with a sale of all or a part of its business.
