BLITZ is a web-based application that makes it easy and convenient to develop, deliver, and administer training lessons and to monitor progress toward mastery and fluency. Most training methods include little feedback and reinforcement for individual performance. BLITZ provides ongoing measurement, feedback, and reinforcement for each learner's accuracy and speed of responding so that learners and their manager know where they stand at all times. This allows trainers to recognize those who are excelling and identify those who need extra help before it's too late. The end result is motivated learners who respond accurately and without hesitation - like experts do.
BLITZ can be implemented as a stand-alone training and evaluation system or blended with other training strategies. Here are a few examples of how you can implement BLITZ:
