Senior Consultant
A thought leader in the field of performance improvement, Cloyd Hyten has dedicated more than 25 years to training and consulting in a variety of settings experiencing performance problems or opportunities. A small sampling of his work includes assessing company safety culture, implementing safety leadership coaching processes companywide, and contributing behavior analysis expertise to a root cause analysis team at a nuclear power plant. Cloyd’s broad interests, general knowledge and enthusiasm allow him to develop relationships quickly with clients from the front line to executives, thus facilitating improvement efforts.
With a Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis, Cloyd co-founded one of the nation’s best behavior analysis graduate programs at the University of North Texas, serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management, and was President of the OBM Network. Outside of work, Cloyd enjoys history, food and football.
