"I have participated in many business and human performance seminars. Aubrey’s material and effectiveness as a teacher is second to none."
Build and sustain organizational excellence.
This 2-day event, originally introduced by Dr. Aubrey Daniels through Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government is designed to address the systems, processes, and management practices of an organization and is directed towards senior managers and leaders who want a high-level program on designing an environment where people want to improve workplace results.
Many performance-killing mistakes have been institutionalized into policies, procedures, in training for new managers, and even incorporated into pay, appraisals, and motivational systems. It’s not that these practices are unnecessary, but without an understanding of behavior from a scientific perspective, these ineffective practices and systems continue to have a serious negative impact on revenue and earnings
Guided by a simple reality, people’s actions (behaviors) are the central determinant of business success; this program will examine a proven approach, based on powerful behavioral principles, for analyzing and designing the systems, processes and management practices of an organization as it relates to its people.
What You Will Learn
- How to assess the effectiveness of current management practices
- A way to develop strategic initiatives across levels and functions of your company
- A proven Management Process and strategic tools for earning discretionary effort from employees
- How to use science to construct or change organizational systems and turn ineffective practices into effective practices that achieve results
- The formula for creating an organization that’s seen as an employer of choice
About the Program

- Leadership, Science and Maximum Performance: an introduction to ADI’s five-step Management Process.
- Values-Based Choice and Decision Making: selecting and measuring behaviors that drive the culture and your results.
- Reinforcing Good Performance: getting people to want to do more both through precise coaching and support, and by arranging an environment that accelerates participation and builds habits that last a lifetime.
- Analyzing and Improving Management Practices: why they tend to fail as designed and what lessons you can incorporate from this session to improve your management practices once and for all.
Attendees will leave this session understanding how to assess and avoid common management mistakes and how to improve business by using the knowledge of human behavior to improve workplace results.
