Tim Nolan is a trusted advisor to business and organizational leaders, partnering with his clients to achieve the outcomes they seek for themselves and for their businesses. With a particular focus on large-scale behavior change, accountability leadership and business transformation, Tim collaborates with leaders at all levels of the organization from executives to the frontline and in industries such as pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, engineering and construction, consumer packaged goods, broadcasting, healthcare, and government. He has lived and worked throughout North America and Europe and has led teams in Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Belgium, France, and Portugal.

Tim holds a Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis and an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Michigan University. He has authored articles in the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management and a number of other professional media, and has also co-authored a chapter of Human Evaluation Handbook (2001). Tim has presented papers on culture change, performance feedback, and leadership coaching at professional conferences throughout the United States and Canada. He has been a guest lecturer at a number of universities and organizations including The VanAndel Institute for Cancer Research.

Tim lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan with his wife Beth and daughter Olivia.
