Holiday Thoughts from Mr. Sam Walton
The following is a copy of an actual letter sent by Sam Walton of Wal-Mart to his managers. It was sent to me by an impassioned client who wanted to thank us for bringing the science of behavior into her life. It is my hope, at this time of year, that each of us takes to heart what Sam Walton states as being most important when leading others. Sam’s letter to Wal-Mart employees is as valid and important in today’s business world as it was in 1980 when he wrote it. It is great advice to begin practicing in 2015.
