ADI Workshop Registration, Accommodations, and Cancellation Policy

REGISTRATION: Workshop Fees Are Due Upon Registration. If your organization’s process for payment does not allow sufficient time for mailing your payment, ADI accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

ACCOMMODATIONS: ADI will send you an email confirmation along with a map and a link to shop for lodging near the workshop venue. Please be advised that hotel fees are not included in the cost of the workshop and that you are responsible for making your own hotel reservations.

CANCELLATION: Workshop Cancellation and Substitution Policy**: If you are unable to attend the scheduled workshop, you must notify ADI ([email protected]) and choose one of the following options. 

 Transfer the registration to an eligible substitute participant. 

  • If you send a substitute, we require that you also transfer your welcome package and pre-work materials to that person and contact ADI ([email protected]) with their name and contact information. 

 Cancel your registration.

  • If you cancel 30 or more days prior to the workshop, you are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 admin fee.
  • If you cancel 14-29 days prior to the workshop, ADI will refund 50% of your registration fee.
  • If you cancel fewer than 14 days prior to the workshop, your registration fee is non-refundable. 

In the unfortunate event of an ADI cancellation, ADI will work with you to reschedule your attendance in the same workshop at a later date or will FULLY refund your registration fee (at your discretion). ADI cannot be responsible for any non-refundable travel expenses incurred by you or another as a result of your registration, attendance at, or cancellation of an ADI workshop.

ADI recommends waiting 3 weeks prior to the workshop before making any airline or other non-refundable travel reservations.
