The 5 P's of facilitation are commonly described as Purpose, Product, People, Process, and Pace. In executive settings, that means defining why the meeting matters, what outcome is needed, who must contribute, how the discussion will be guided, and how time will be managed. Strong facilitation keeps all five aligned so leaders can make decisions efficiently and leave with clear next steps.
