Judy Agnew serves as Senior Vice President at Aubrey Daniels International, where she applies her extensive expertise in behavioral science to help organizations achieve measurable, lasting performance improvements. A dynamic and compelling speaker, Judy has the rare ability to energize and inspire audiences of all sizes, delivering presentations that challenge conventional thinking and motivate meaningful change. She is the co-author of Safe by Accident, a resource that brings behavioral science principles to workplace safety. As an expert presenter and advisor, Judy works with leaders across diverse industries to translate the science of behavior into practical strategies that enhance employee performance, strengthen organizational culture, and drive sustainable business results.

Tom Spencer joined Aubrey Daniels International in 2000, initially serving as Director of Strategy Integration and Chief Operating Officer. For more than 36 years, Tom has provided consulting services in areas such as instructional and performance systems, behavioral process design and improvement, leadership development, and strategy integration and implementation. Tom's approach to consulting is pragmatic and grounded in the science of behavior, creating positive change in management practices, organizational systems, and critical business results. Tom earned a doctorate in psychology (behavior analysis) from West Virginia University and a master's degree in applied behavior analysis from Northeastern University.

David Uhl is a results-driven leader who helps clients in aerospace, energy, mining, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, and customer care maximize the Discretionary Effort of their employees. With more than 34 years of experience, David is a seasoned executive coach, change leader and master facilitator who is adept at applying behavioral science technology to accelerate and sustain organizational change and performance improvement. David is a frequent conference presenter, invited to deliver sessions that address leadership and organizational challenges, particularly those that relate to high-hazard environments or the rapid execution of organizational change.

Specializing in performance and systems analysis and the development of behavior-based implementation strategies, Bart Sevin helps clients create long-term organizational change. As a highly trained and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Bart helps organizations examine systems, processes, and people strategies to ensure that their motivational initiatives are aligned to promote business success and drive their desired outcomes. Bart works with clients from a variety of business sectors, including Manufacturing, Energy, Banking, Heavy Construction, Automotive Financial Services, and Insurance. Bart received his Ph.D. and M.S. in behavioral psychology from Auburn University.
